Based on the law no. 8102, dated 28.03.1996, "On the regulatory framework of the water supply sector and the removal and processing of polluted water", as amended, the Water Regulatory Body reports annually to the Parliament of Albania on the institution's one-year activity, as and the state of the water supply and sanitation sector.
