Complaints
Each interested person can lodge a written complaint with the WRA if he/she is of the opinion that his/her service provider does not meet its legal and/or contractual responsibilities. In the first instance, any complaint must be filed with the service provider so they may be resolved through the service providerís complaints procedures. If the customer remains unsatisfied or the problem persists, a complaint can be submitted to the WRA in writing. The WRA will analyze the matter, informing the licensed service provider of the alleged breach of contract or contravention of the law and asking for a written statement.
