Mr. Genci Gjeci was appointed a Member of the National Regulatory Commission of the Water Regulatory Body in Albania, on May 26, 2022. He graduated in 1987 from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Hydrotechnical branch. In the years 1990-1993, he completed advanced studies at the \"Carolo Wilhelmina\" Technical University, in Braunschweig, Germany, where he obtained an engineer's degree and a master's degree in advanced studies in the field of hydrotechnical works. For a period of 3 years he worked in Germany as an engineer in the field of water supply, sewage and gas pipelines. Mr. Gjeci has several years of experience as an advisor of foreign projects in the Ministry of Infrastructure, director of the project implementation unit, financed by the World Bank and other donors. In addition, he has also worked in the position of coordinator of the German Development Bank (KfW) for water supply and sewerage projects, as well as technical director in the construction works of the Ashta Hydropower Plant, financed by the Austrian government. Mr. Gjeci has long experience in the private sector, contributing to the design and implementation of hydrotechnical works.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
