nations, adopted the Millennium Declaration at the Millennium Summit, committing to achieving the Millennium Development Goals by 2015.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/erru.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/ares552e.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">United Nations General Assembly Resolution 55\/2, adopted on 18 September 2000<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/erru.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Objektivat_e_Zhvillimit_te_Qendrueshem_2030.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2030 Sustainable Development Goals<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In July 2003, the Albanian Parliament adopted the following resolution in support of the Millennium Declaration:<\/p>\n<p>Achieving Millennium Development Goal 7 - Ensuring Sustainable Environmental Development - is one of the main policy objectives for the Albanian water sector.
